Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HostWebhook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers.

Section 14 contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect how disputes between us are resolved. Please read it. You may opt out of it within 30 days.

2. Description of Service

HostWebhook provides workflow automation infrastructure, including but not limited to: webhook ingestion and delivery, visual pipeline processing with 45 node types, data transforms, conditional routing, loops and branching, scheduled workflows, file processing, AI nodes and agents, voice agents, hosted chat, a media library, and integrations with third-party services such as Google Workspace, Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Notion, Atlassian, databases, and the major social media platforms.

The Service evolves. We may add, change, or retire node types and integrations, and we will not remove a capability you depend on without notice where we reasonably can avoid it.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the API or infrastructure
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious payloads
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Violate the terms of any third-party service you connect through the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content and AI Features

You decide what data enters your pipelines and where it goes. That control comes with responsibility:

  • You represent that you have the right to process the data you send through the Service, and to send it to every destination you configure
  • Where that data describes other people, you are the controller of it and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and for telling them
  • You are responsible for the credentials you connect and for the scope you grant them

The Service includes AI features. Some run on our account and are billed as AI credits; AI Nodes run on a provider credential you supply. In both cases:

  • Output can be wrong. Language models make things up. Anything a model generates is a draft, not a verified fact, and it is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
  • You own what you put in and what comes out, to the extent it is ownable. We claim nothing in either.
  • You are responsible for what you do with the output — including anything a pipeline publishes, sends, or writes on your behalf.
  • Data you route into an AI Node goes to the provider you chose, under that provider's terms. Sending someone else's personal data to a model is your decision to make and your obligation to justify.
  • We do not use your data to train models. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including failures or changes at the third-party services you connect.

7. Intellectual Property

  • HostWebhook owns all rights to the platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation
  • You retain full ownership of your data, including webhook payloads, pipeline configurations, and credentials
  • By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data

8. Payment & Billing

  • Free tier is available with usage limits as described on the pricing page
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • AI credits are consumed by the AI features we run on your behalf and reset monthly with your plan
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for refund requests
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT EVERY EVENT WILL BE DELIVERED, OR THAT OUTPUT GENERATED BY AI FEATURES WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostWebhook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to HostWebhook in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HostWebhook and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, the data you process through it, your violation of these terms or of any law, or your infringement of the rights of a third party. We will notify you of any such claim and you may control its defense, provided that any settlement affecting our rights requires our written consent.

12. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time
  • You may delete your account from the dashboard settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior
  • You may export your data at any time, and should do so before deleting your account

Account deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no soft delete, no grace period, and no undo: your sessions and user record are destroyed before the request returns, and everything you own — organizations, workspaces, pipelines, credentials, run history, and stored files — is removed right behind it. Backups age out within 30 days. Export first.

13. Informal Resolution

Before starting arbitration or filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and describe the dispute, and to give us 30 days to resolve it. Most disagreements end here, and both sides are better off for trying. This step is a precondition to section 14.

14. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

  • Agreement to arbitrate. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator, in English, in Wilmington, Delaware — or by videoconference or on documents alone, at your election.
  • Class action waiver. Claims may be brought only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class proceeding. If this waiver is held unenforceable as to a claim, that claim proceeds in court and the rest of this section still applies to the remaining claims.
  • Small claims exception. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies.
  • Injunctive and IP exception. Either of us may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to stop unauthorized use of the Service or infringement of intellectual property rights, without first arbitrating.
  • Coordinated filings. If 25 or more similar claims are filed by or with the coordination of the same counsel, they will be batched in groups of no more than 50, and the parties will arbitrate one bellwether batch and then attempt in good faith to resolve the rest before further batches proceed. Filing deadlines are tolled for claims awaiting their batch.
  • Your right to opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your account email, within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Opting out costs you nothing, changes nothing else in your account, and leaves section 15 to govern any dispute.

This section survives termination of your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration under section 14, the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue there. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country where you live.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
